Annual Wooden Boat Show
Since 1993, Presque Isle has hosted the Wooden Boat Show that is always help on the third Saturday in June. For more information head to their website:
4th of July Parade
Alpena
Drive 20 minutes south to experience Alpena's July Fourth Parade. Head to the Alpena Country Fairgrounds to see the start or the Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary to see the end. Parade begins at 11 a.m. and travels through downtown Alpena.
Brown Trout Festival
Spend two weeks on the water or head to Alpena's boat harbor to see which team had the best catch of the day!
